2020 Retrospect

2020 saw the rebirth of CrewTracker Software with both new ownership and a new development team headed up by Tom Campbell. Shelly Kipp took on customer support and training.

Internal operations tools were implemented to enable better support and communications - like Microsoft Teams and HubSpot. We began the process of simplifying administrative activities for both our customers and ourselves.

All CrewTracker applications received an update!

• CrewTracker Desktop experienced a major overhaul with an easier, more consistent interface, stability and improved performance.
  

• The Synchronizer enjoyed an interface update and improved functionality.
  

• The Mobile App received a new search bar, interface enhancements and improved performance.
  

• The Portal Server was upgraded to a much bigger, faster server and all systems were updated to the latest versions with additional security tools.
  

And we are just getting started!
