One of the many advantages of implementing CrewTracker is that we guide you, step-by-step, through the implementation. Our proven implementation method is called “The CrewTracker Path”. Our expert training staff will walk you through the process during our initial training and then we schedule regular check-in meetings to either train you on new skills or assess where you are in the process to provide advice. You don’t just license the program and are then left to fend for yourself; we are there to help you through the entire process. Rest assured that we will be there for you when you need us.

We offer an ever-expanding Training Video Library, giving our clients a quick visual reference when you need it right then and there. These training videos pin-point specific topics in short, five to ten minute videos. They are easily accessible via a link in CrewTracker under the Help menu called Videos. There are additional videos on CrewTracker's YouTube page.

We continually refresh the Help Manual. The updated manual is available under the Help menu and by selecting CrewTracker Help. Highlighted features include a bookmarks pane and a hyperlinked Table of Contents to make navigation easier. Also included throughout the manual are links to associated videos, quick search by key word or topic and direct links to other areas.
