A proud Canadian, Shelly resides in South Western Ontario near the shores of Lake Erie. She is no stranger to Lake Effect Snow and four season living. Her hometown, Brantford Ontario is home of Wayne Gretzky and the first telephone call made by Alexander Graham Bell is less than a mile from her home. In her youth she swam competitively at National Levels, and continued to enjoy many sports, softball turning into a huge passion. She is the mother of 3 children and proud to be called Nana by her two grandchildren. Shelly has worked at CrewTracker Software for over 4 years. Shelly's professional background has provided her with tools and knowledge surrounding sales, marketing, communications, customer service, time management/process improvement, not to mention a broad range of "soft skills". Her professional goals are simple; offer solutions that work. Shelly's North Star in Life, both professionally and personally stem from her belief in always doing what is right and always doing your best. When she is not working, she enjoys the Blue Jays, Cooking, Renovating and enjoying time with family and friends.

Ray is married to Zera and has two children. Zera is actively involved with Raymond’s Cornerstone IT business. Their son Zach is 18 and is a freshman at Miami University in Cincinnati. Their daughter Laura is a software developer at IMGUR.com in San Francisco. Ray Paganini founded Cornerstone IT in 1994 as Paganini Development Team with his brother John. Rayi has since grown Cornerstone IT into a full-service Microsoft Partner IT firm providing managed IT services, IT infrastructure support, IT disaster recovery, application development and cloud hosting services. Ray will be providing guidance and direction in development and operations including cloud architecture design, technical support and security.

President of Paguar Informatics Inc since 2001 - a healthcare IT consulting firm focused on innovation and business development. CEO and Co-Founder at DinkerBop which makes a simple radio for people living with dementia. John previously managed operations and logistics at the HIMSS Innovation Center in the Global Center for Health Innovation in Cleveland. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager at Applied Visual Sciences Inc. for radiology informatics, imaging, computer-aided detection, advanced visualization and digital microscopy. Co-founder and Developer of RIS Logic, Inc. an information system company acquired by Merge Healthcare which was recently acquired by IBM. Partnered with Vidagos Advisors, company focused guiding healthcare organizations on their enterprise imaging journey.
