Nothing matters more to us at CrewTracker Software than our responsibility to protect the health of our families and the entire community, especially the elderly and others who are at increased risk.
We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure our employees are safe and taking proper precautions.
Recent days have been marked by uncertainty and our hearts go out to all of us who have been impacted by COVID-19. In real-time, COVID-19 is changing the way we live and work.
While you may feel overloaded with information, we would like you to know we are here and would like to help however we can. And while we do not anticipate an impact to our ability to serve you, we want to help you get through the oncoming impact.

Working from Home
As you may be aware, along with the Cleveland OH corporate offices where John Paganini and Raymond Paganini are based, CrewTracker Software also has remote workers Shelly Kipp in Brantford Ontario and Tom Campbell in Wilmington Delaware. We are all quite experienced in remote team working environments and are skilled in processes that help ensure the business operations run optimally.
As you navigate the new COVID-19 realities, we utilize several tools currently that aid us in assisting you already. Should you require assistance with things like remote desktop access please do reach out. We understand some of you have great IT Teams in place and we can assist as needed as companies shift towards remote working for the short term.
One of the tools we use is LogMeIn. LogMeIn allows you to access your office computer from another computer. For example, you may have QuickBooks and/or CrewTracker on a workstation in the office and need to access it from home – or even your mobile phone! Using LogMeIn, you can access your office computer from home as if you were directly on the office computer. We use this tool to provide remote support for our users.
Another system that truly supports remote working and collaboration that we use is Microsoft Teams - which comes with Office365. We use Teams for internal meetings, video conferencing, customer meetings, product demonstrations and more. Additionally, there is chat messaging – we can even “call” each other using our computer audio system. And Teams works well on a mobile phone also. Teams stores files and we use this feature extensively – especially for CrewTracker systems documentation. There are other tools within Office 365 such as Planner which we are using for tracking activities.
One more tool worth mentioning is DialogTech IVR system which is integrated with CrewTracker Software. IVR is Interactive Voice Response which we used before we had the mobile app. Crews call into the system to Start and Stop their service. We have customers in cellular-challenged geographies effectively using it. Also, we use this same system internally to route calls from our main 877-427-4077 number to the right person. We mention this tool as it has dramatically and positively changed over the years with enhanced marketing tools such as mass text to crews with responses capabilities. Marketing will probably change dramatically due to COVID-19 and intelligent call management and other similar tools will become more important. The CrewTracker Team is working on providing you with an updated list of features and benefits now, there will be more on this coming soon.
Our thoughts go out to all – everyone of us has been affected by this virus. Beyond thankful we are for the healthcare providers, local communities, and governments, here in the States and globally; all are working hard to get in front of this to contain and mitigate COVID-19.
We are checking in with reliable sources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) that provide the most updated information related to all major health concerns and provide steps to help prevent illness.
We understand that you are dealing with these challenging circumstances and we wish you all the best. Let’s all work together to ensure we all stay safe and healthy.
