Customized CrewTracker Training

Service Description

As a CrewTracker Software customer, you can schedule a training session anytime. The training session can be a general or specific area of CrewTracker solution. For example, you can schedule a mobile app or a customer portal training session - or both! The training is customized to your specific business environment and requirements. Also, since it is a Microsoft Teams meeting, many within your organization can also attend and view the online training session together. The training sessions will be interactive. We also provide a type of training where we watch over your shoulder as you demonstrate how your system is configured. For example, if you wish to configure your Routes and Services in a specific way, we can guide you the process and advise why it is being done that way and while instructing you how to do it. Note: For our many snow and ice customers, a good time to setup training session would be in early fall before the winter season begins. A simple refresher can do wonders. :-) Use the Schedule to setup your training session. Feel free to provide information.
